Alzone Cwic Rail has the following Features / Benefits:-

- Rail has the ability to be run in any direction on the roof using Alzone Mounting brackets or Hinges. e.g. SPMFLMC, SPMFCMBCKTMK2, SPMFLTDMBCKT (pictured) or SPMHINGE1
- A channel either side of the rail allows the installer to insert solar cable along the inside of the rail

Alzone Cwic Rail is compatible with parallel to roof tin and tile mounting.
The Same Rail can be used on Tilt mounts installed on tin roofs via the Telescopic Leg and Mounting Hinges.
This benefits the customer due to reduced inventory and cost outlay due to the versatility or rail usage.
When used in accordance with the Alzone's T.T.E- 360 system., rail can be rotated in any direction to facilitate north facing aspect and is not limited from the edge of roof mounting other than for safety or ease of system maintenance.

NEW ALZONE BRIDGING RAIL
Alzone's NEW Bridging Rail is a more economical alternative to the old Easy Rail.
This lower profile rail has less extrusions, reducing the amount of hardware required to attach the rail to mounting brackets.
Bridging Rail can be installed in portrait or landscape position on metal or concrete roofing.
The “V” groove on each side of the base allow the roof fixing screws to be aligned with the top of the two adjoining peaks when running rail from gutter to peak on corrugated roofing.
The design of rail bolt shoe allows panel clamp bolts to be installed anywhere along the rail length. A wide centre slot allows roofing fasteners to be installed through the middle of the Bridging Rail if this type of installation is required
Compliance for building peak heights up to 15 Mts.
Compliance for taller structures can be obtained pending suitability of building structure and recommendations by a qualified structural/building engineer.
Dedicated slots on both top sides of rail assist the grounding of panels to rail via the Alzone stainless steel grounding bar.
Fully anodised in Grade 6106 T6 Aluminium.
Rail is useful for spanning areas where the roof understructure is not within an adequate position and for mounting the Alzone Tilt racking via the Alzone Hinge.

ALZONE ECO RAIL
Alzone's Eco-Rail is a more economical alternative to the standard non-flanged rail.
This lower profile rail has less extrusions, reducing the amount of hardware required to attach the rail to mounting brackets.
The longitudinal grooves on the top of rail ensure exceptional grip for the module securing clamps.
Eco-Rail is compatible with existing Alzone mounting brackets and clamps.
Manufactured from grade T6 aluminium this rail comes in various lengths and is anodised for increased durability.
Eco-Rail systems is suitable for use in all Australian wind regions and approved to meet wind loading, building structure and structural design standards.

ALZONE EASY RAIL
Easy-Rail is an economical aluminium solar rail section for mounting solar modules to flat, corrugated or tiled roofs.
There is no need for fitment of additional feet as this is already incorporated in the rail base.
Top slots for the rail bolts and a groove in the foot section to align fastening screws make it easier to install.
Longitudinal slots on top edge provide added grip for securing end clamps.
Convenient lengths are available and these come coated in a durable anodised finish.

ALZONE STANDARD RAIL
The standard Alzone rail section provides the main support structure for Ground Mounted Systems and used to be used on Roofs until first the Eco Rail and then the Cwic Rail superseded it..
Edge slots on the top and bottom of rail allow for installation of middle and end clamps to the rail via Alzone rail bolts.
Longitudinal slots on top edge provide added grip for securing end clamps to rail.
Various rail lengths are available and all these have two mid slots for convenient mounting of Alzone mounting feet and brackets.
Made from durable aluminium with anodising for increased weather protection these rail systems are engineer certified to comply with Australian standards for wind zones A, B, C & D

ALZONE LEG RAIL
The Alzone Leg Rail is used with a SHS section to provide an adjustable rear leg on Cwic Rail Tilt racking systems.
It can also be used as a main rail to mount solar modules, but compliance is not offered in this use.
Slotted top and bottom sections allow use of the standard Alzone stainless clamp bolts and mounting bolts.
Leg Rail is made from Grade 6106 T6 anodised aluminium to improve durability and comes in a standard 3900mm length

RV rail is a convenient method of attachment of solar modules to the roofs of caravans and motor homes.This aluminium rail is specially designed to take standard Alzone rail bolts and clamps. A grooved top section ensures a tight grip between the clamp and module.

ALZONE MINI EASY RAIL
This Rail is an alternative to the standard Easy-rail and RV rail. The lower profile narrower rail allows modules to be mounted at reduced height while still enjoying the convenience of clamping the Solar modules with Alzone mid and end clamps. The anodised finish and aluminum construction makes it a durable product for use on caravans, marine, motor homes or standard roofing. It has alignment grooves for ease of drilling along with longitudinal ribs on top for added grip to modules and end clamps.

ALZONE POLE MOUNT CASTING
Pole Mount & Adaptor
The Alzone Pole mount bracket is cast from Aluminium.
When combined with Alzone rail it is designed to carry up to two large solar panels (each a maximum of 1700mm x 1000mm) or a series of smaller sized modules.
The Alzone pole mount comes with an internal adaptor tube to suit 2 sizes of pipe, the pipe diameter being determined by the maximum height of the panels as well as the size and number of modules.
The tilt angle can be adjusted from 10 degrees through to 35 degrees.
Stainless steel mounting hardware and anodised (corrosion resistant) aluminium rail is provided when the pole mount is purchased as a pole mount kit (P/No. SPMPMKIT).
Panel clamps and clamp bolts are ordered separately to they suit the number of modules and the size of the solar modules frame.
The pole required to mount these is not included with the kit and can be sourced from your local metal supply company. It is recommended to use a heavy walled galvanised pipe with either 40NB (48.3mm O.D.) or 50NB (60.3mm O.D.). The 80NB ( 88.90mm O.D.) sized pipe if compliance is required.
The standard pole mount kit uses Alzone Standard Rail and Alzone Eco Rail in combination with other Alzone components.
Alzone Pole Mount Kits are wind load certified for use in Australian Wind region A, providing the concrete footing, module installed height and panel dimensions comply. Compliance is available only when system uses the 80NB pole.

This corrugated foot mounting bracket provides a versatile solution to mounting Alzone Cwic Rail and Eco Rail onto corrugated roofing.
Using the SPMCLAMP allows both the Cwic Rail and Eco Rail to be mounted in any orientation on the roof
When used in raised systems the foot allows the raised array to be rotated to face north.
When used in combination with Alzone brackets SPMRAFB or SPMFLBCKTMK2 this foot allows the Alzone rail to be mounted higher off the roof, to allow for increased airflow. This reduces module loss of performance from heat transfer off roof sheeting
The anodized finish provides superior weather resistance to mill finished aluminium while six pre drilled pilot holes on the foot ensure ease of fitting.

CORRUGATED MOUNTING BRACKET - LARGE

This taller profile Alzone corrugated mounting bracket provides an alternative solution to increase the clearance of modules from roofing. This also reduces module loss of performance from heat transfer off roof sheeting.
Additionally it provides added clearance from accumulation of leaf debris.
Using the SPMCLAMP allows both the Cwic Rail and Eco Rail to be mounted in any orientation on the roof
When used in raised systems the foot allows the raised array to be rotated to face north.
The foot is manufactured from grade 6106 T6 aluminium and finished in a clear anodized for superior weather resistance.
A choice of six pre drilled holes are provided to make installation more convenient.
Alzone isolation pad (SPMFPAD) is recommended as a gasket and isolator for use with this product.

TRIMDEK MOUNTING BRACKET - STD

The Alzone Trimdek foot was designed to mount over the raised peak of Trimdek sheeting.
The foot allows the attachment of single modules or multiples without the need to fit within the valley of the sheeting.
This foot is compatible with existing Alzone brackets or can be used to secure Alzone Eco Rail using a SPMCLAMP with single nut, bolt & Washer. This foot can also be utilised as a mount on other flat profile sheeting .
The Alzone SPMFPAD or SPMTAPE will provide a gasket and isolation between the different metal surfaces.
Clear anodising on this T6 grade aluminium bracket provides increased weather resistance and matches existing Alzone rail and brackets.

The Alzone Trimdek Mounting bracket was designed to mount over the raised peak of Trimdek Sheeting.
The foot allows attachment of single modules or multiples using Alzone Rail.
Fixing is via a SPMCLAMP with single nut and washer allows for rotation of rail at 360 degrees.
This foot can also be utilised as a mount on flat profile sheeting.
Alzone Isolation Pad SPMFPAD or SPMT3504-18 Foam Tape can be used to provide a gasket and isolation between different metal surfaces.

Alzone Corrugated Feet have been designed to suit installations on standard large profile corrugated roofs.
The vertical slots in feet uprights provide adjustment to the solar array when roofing is uneven.
Alzone angle bracket (SPRAFB/SPMLRAB100) can be combined with corrugated feet to change the direction of rail at right angles to corrugations.
This corrugated aluminium foot is finished in durable aluminium anodizing for increased weather resistance.

Alzone Trimdek Feet have been designed to fit over the raised section of Trimdek sheeting.
Vertical slots in the foot upright provides adjustment of rail height as well as provision to use a variety of Alzone brackets to change direction of rail or for attachment of tilted system.
The Trimdeck foot can be fastened though peak of sheeting or in valley if required. Finish on foot is clear anodised aluminium to increase durability during exposure to climate.

KLIPLOK FOOT

The Alzone Kliplok foot was designed to mount over the ridges of various Kliplok roof profiles.
Attachment is via roofing screws through the peak. Additional provision for screw attachment has been made on the support feet which sit in the valley (these can be used in difficult installations).

GROUND MOUNT FOOT
This Foot bracket is designed to attach ground mount main rails and rear legs to ground mount footings. The main rail and rear legs can be swung in an arc 180 degrees to the horizontal plane allowing for a convenient connection to the desired position. Solar Tile Stirrup
The Alzone Tile stirrup is manufactured from durable grade 304 stainless steel. This tile stirrup allows the Alzone non flange rail to be effectively attached directly to the top of of the rafter on tiled roofs, via the Alzone tile stirrup extension bracket or tile rafter angle bracket. Solar Tile Rafter Angle Bracket
The rafter angle bracket is attached on either side of the timber rafter for maximum strength when mounting the Alzone stainless tile stirrup. This angle bracket allows the adjustment of the stainless stirrup at various heights. Additional attachment of the Alzone tile stirrup extension bracket enables the stirrup to be moved out from either side of the roof rafter in various locations.
Other uses of this 4 mm thick anodized aluminium angle bracket is for joining rail legs to the solar main rail or to attach Alzone non flange rail onto Alzone flat or corrugated feet.
Directly attaching the angle bracket to the metal roof sheeting and into the purling or batten can provide an easy attachment of Alzone non flange rail to the roof whilst allowing adjustment for roof variations.

Solar Tile Stirrup Extension Bracket
This durable extension plate is manufactured from 8mm aluminium with a durable anodized finish.
This extension bracket can be used for a number of purposes. Attached to the top of timber rafters on tiled roofs it allows the Alzone tile stirrup to be attached in various positions to either side of the rafter. Alternatively it may be used as a heavy duty joining plate to connect Alzone non flange rail or to act as an extension when attaching the Alzone tile stirrup in various positions onto the Alzone rafter angle bracket.

The 100 x 100 rafter angle bracket is attached on either side of the timber rafter for maximum strength when mounting the Alzone stainless tile stirrup. This angle bracket allows the adjustment of the stainless stirrup at various heights. Additional attachment of the Alzone tile stirrup extension bracket enables the stirrup to be moved out from either side of the roof rafter in various locations.
Other uses of this 4 mm thick anodized aluminium angle bracket is for joining rail legs to the solar main rail or to attach Alzone non flange rail onto Alzone flat or corrugated feet.
Directly attaching the angle bracket to the metal roof sheeting and into the purling or batten can provide an easy attachment of Alzone non flange rail to the roof whilst allowing adjustment for roof variations.

Tee Foot
The Alzone Tee Foot is designed to provide raised profile (up to 35 degrees above existing roof angle) on roof mounted solar arrays. It is usually used when the array is in landscape position with modules in portrait. The Tee foot can provide a convenient pre drilled foot for special mounting requirements on rail or special structures.
The aluminium foot with protective anodized coating provides a solution for difficult installations.

This angle bracket allows directional rotation of Alzone rail on the SPMFCMTGBCKT corrugated foot mounting bracket as well as a right angle change of direction of Alzone rail on SPMFCBUY corrugated feet.
These angle brackets can be used on raised racking to allow up to 35 degree tilt on rail or rear legs.

Solar Racking Angles
This Alzone aluminium angle bracket conveniently changes the direction of Alzone rail on corrugated feet by 90 degrees. The modules can be mounted in portrait mode whilst the rail runs in landscape position (90 degrees to corrugations).
This bracket is finish in a clear anodized coating for improved weather resistance and matches other Alzone racking parts. All holes are pre drilled at 10mm

Eco Rail Easy Rail Joiner
This versatile Alzone joiner allows two lengths of rail to be connected to form one length. The Eco Rail is secured using two alzone stainless bolts per rail. There are pre-punched holes to make mounting easier. When the joiner is used with Alzone Easy-Rail the raised section on the joiner provides convenient alignment with rail. Pre-punched holes, conveniently spaced allow easy securing using self drilling screws.
The T6 grade aluminium joiner comes in a clear anodised finish to provide a matching finish to the Alzone rail and brackets.

Eco Rail Clamp
The Alzone Eco Rail clamp has been designed and engineer approved to attach the Alzone Eco Rail to the Alzone corrugated foot mounting bracket or Trimdek foot.
The clamp features a recess to fit over the lower part of the rail and attaches to the foot base using a single nut, bolt & washer.
Serrations on the base allow additional grip to the mounting surface. The pre punched centre hole allows the Eco Rail rail to be rotated 360 degrees on the base.
The clamp is manufactured from T6 alloy and has a clear anodised finish for greater weather resistance and corresponds with finish on other Alzone products.

SPMB racking bolts are manufactured from quality grade 304 stainless steel.Each bolt comes complete with a nut and flat washer with spares available on request.The head of the 3/8 bolt is designed to fit into channels of all the Alzone racking ensuring ease of connection to feet and other Alzone brackets.
The larger M12 x 50mm bolt is supplied complete with nut and flat washer and is mostly used as a through bolt for Alzone ground mount systems.M6 x 50mm and M6 x 60mm are used for solar clamp brackets in combination with a specially designed rail shoe which fits into the Alzone rail channel.
